Delivery of orders throughout the national territory, from Monday to Friday during business hours.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the address, volume, weight of the order and the type of shipping chosen.
The delivery time will be communicated at the end of the order, after the customer enters the destination zip code and chooses the desired shipping type.
This period begins to be counted from the authorization of the purchase by the card administrator, or from the confirmation of payment by the financial institution, if the payment is made via bank slip or debit from the account.
If the order is not successfully received, the order will be returned to Altra, cancelled and the amount will be refunded, minus the shipping cost.
