The exchange request must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days and the return must be made within 7 calendar days after receiving the order.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use and with the invoice. If any discrepancy or damage is identified in the product, we will not accept the return and, after a preliminary analysis, we will inform the consumer that the product will be returned.
Shipping is on us for the first return.
PAYMENT BY PIX : After receiving the returned products, our finance department will issue a refund within 7 (seven) business days. The amount will be credited to the bank account associated with the CPF registered in the order or the PIX key used in the transaction.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: The refund will be made via REFUND to the credit card that was used for the purchase. On average, the card operator takes up to 15 business days to process the refund, and the credit may appear in up to two invoices after the return is completed, depending on the invoice closing date.
